How Long

She was alone and thought, how long?

How long can a person keep pretending to wear a

mask and be fine?

For how long is a person willing to keep everything inside?

The heart can only held it in for certain time.

How long?

Til your heart becomes nothing but jet black?

Or til it explodes like a grenade?

If so, will you cry it ou for a long time, or run away from it til the ends of the earth?

For how long are you willing to keep it in...How long?

As she thought, tears started coming down.

Knowing she can no longer hold it in, not wanting to make her heart suffer.

A friend found her sitting on the floor with tears.

The friend hug her saying its ok to cry, its ok be weak, its ok.

As being told this, she realized its ok to share what one feels, its ok express emotions.

Since then, she learned to share feelings, to express emotions, a little at a time.
