How To Love- Understand Your Pain

Teach me of a well fitted facade for

today, feel the pain of unknown faces

on my mirrors. Hope in distraction so there

be no attention to what is within. Loneliness

has no correlation to fear when we see

clear within ourselves. Get lost within a sea

of your deepest regrets, and cry out for help

as the shadows haunt you. See the face of those

you love turn against you. See what you believe of

yourself disproved. Cry out for help as your temple

crumbles and no truth is hidden within. Beauty

might be truth but your truth is a lie. Perplexing disgust at

the ugliness of your reality, not truth within, that is what

I witness. Fear of acceptance that we lie

and conform. I pray we see the light that guides us to us.

So that we may love, so that we may co-exist. What

is a man but a mere reflection if he not know himself.

Learn of the pain that has a hold of you, so that

you may understand how to love. Learn beauty is

a product of thruth, and lie taints us.
