How To Make an American Dream

<p>This is a haiku of the American dream from a college students perspective.</p><p>See what comes to mind just reading the poem/ *spoiler Alert*</p><p>The frist line -Work Never Ceasing- is about how in college the work seems to pile up in classes, and in a job to be able to pay for those classes.</p><p>The second line -Work, Money, Success, The Dream- speaks to the fact that hard work, financial funds, as well as actual social success all contribute to obtain the American Dream.</p><p>The tird and final line -connection of things- all things are connected. this line first and foremost draws the mind to the second line and how those things are connected. The idea of the work never ceasing; both seemingly for us, and in reality for each generation that continues the same path to the American Dream. Also this line is a lifeline cast out into the darkness of the future and the past showing that everything that has happened and everything that will happen is connected.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Thank You for reading my humble poem!</p><p>Isaac J.</p>
