How She Seemed

There being no pivotal moment
She knew who she was by birth
Fear enters her mind much too often
Craddeled and loved for a moment
Before releasing herself from the
embrace of a coldhearted monster
Run towards something worth more
than what she thought of herself
An inner disturbance was born
Both dying and growing with age
Like people, like Her.
She pushes them all away
Everyone she has ever known
never really knew her
Recollections of each day
Childhood was not simple
She remembers both the
situation and the mind set.
It was never as it seemed in
Every sense of the notion.
