How Would Be Different?

How would life be different,

If the Civil War never happened?

Would slavery still be legal in America?

How would life be different,

If slavery never happened?

Would racism even exist?

How would life be different,

If the the Holocaust never happened?

Would people still have so much resentment for Hitler?

How would life be different,

If Europe never traveled to America,

And never murdered any Native Americans?

Would the majority of this country be Native American populated?

You see,

A lot of people don’t comprehend the importance of History.

They don’t understand how it impacts us.

Most people see History as dead people

Who’ve done things when they were alive.

They don’t see that the past,

Has a big effect in the present.

They don’t see how life would be distinct,

If just one historical event never happened.
