How You Make Me Feel
Almost cannot describe,
These feelings left inside.
You came into my life,
Flipped it upside down,
With a song written,
About crimes of passion.
The music flows,
Through my veins,
No voice is ever the same.
You came into my life so quickly,
Just for it to end.
Haunted by your memory,
Your inspiration never ends.
Helping through the trials,
Concealing all my scars,
Physical and emotional.
Showing me the light,
Directing the way,
Healing all the pain.
To carry on your legacy,
I have to sacrifice,
A part of me,
Scared to acknowledge its very existence.
Now I'm burying the fear,
Just knowing you're near.
