How You See Me

How you see me You see me as a statistic Treat me as the problem Rather than a person Labeling me before I've found my own identity We pledge allegiance to the red, white, and blue Unaware that it was only made for you Where the dream is free? Only meant to be a for ME Yet, like a fool, I dream to be Only to fall short to YOUR dreams for me Forever stuck in those ancient chains Was there ever any power for me here to gain?
