Hozier

Your voice spills from the Earth

It spews from the soil and resonates

It resonates through everything

Every word spoken spurts the painful truth

The truth nobody speaks but everyone knows

Your songs speak of

The despair that comes from just living

The happiness of being in love

The obsession that come with it

The peace that is found with a place to belong

All desires that make up part of human nature

Full of passion

You pour soul into the words

Giving life to the song as it spreads

Touching people's hearts and souls as it goes

Sparking the emotion it carries within them

It embeds itself there

For the heart and soul to carry

Until there is nothing left

Your music is full of passion

That just can't be found anywhere else

Spilled Ink

I love the stars, the sea, and music. Poetry brings me a sense of peace and helps me find pieces of myself. Sleeping At Last is my favorite artist right now. I also love quotes and books How rare and beautiful it is that we exist
