Hudson

Whenever you saw him your day got bright,
While asleep he’d protect the house,
He was kind and protective to all,
I grew up with him always by my side,
Hanging out with him daily,
We played games all the time,
Some nights he slept right next to me,
Whenever I needed his help he was there,
His loyalty for my family was greater than any,
Even Though he wasn’t the biggest dog I felt safe,
He believed he was the toughest,
The worst night ever happened and he made us all cry,
After finishing checking up on all of us,
He went up to bed like any other night,
In the middle of night he yelped and his life was gone,
I’ll never forget how he brought my family together with love.
