The Hue of His Ember

Sun, 09/14/2014 - 14:57 -- Skoves
It is during waking hours that you simmer on the back burner.
Softly existing
Gently rolling
Around
On my tongue
In my mind
It is on the cusp of entering sleeping hours that the flame on your pot increases and all I can think of is the 6 letters that when sewn together form your title.
A common one
Simple
Calm
Fitting, yet out of place
You are not common.
There is a certain hue in your ember that catches my eye
A hue that resonates within me and causes my insides to
Spin
Swell
Create new colors
Shades of inspiration
Tones of excitement
A birth of light
