Human

Dear humanity,

Oh sweet dreamer who lies awake,

prepare for the madness your mind will make.

For when you fall into that strange abyss,

sanity is the only thing you will miss.

A reflection is all it is, you see,

of your life and all that it will be.

Why must we want what we cannot have?

So that we must follow that unmarked path.

So sweet dreamer, are you awake,

or have you made the same mistake?

Sincerely,

The Daydreamer
