human nature

From where the kids play and laugh To birds chirping in their water bath Sirens screaming for the past hour Walking down this grass path Bitter sweet sun makes me squint like its sour Leaning down just to sniff the flower Cars speeding by, late from their lunch break Looking up, the trees are like giant towers Watching as the tree branches shake Flowers so beautiful they almost look fake Majestically the butterfly passes Spring is coming no need for the rake As kids come out they pile in masses Going back to all their classes Back to learning; time to put on my glasses Back to learning; time to put on my glasses
