Human Rights

“We the people of the united states”,

It’s what we see,

When we read our constitution

the document that ‘rules’ our government

that is supposed to ‘regulate’ it,

When it should actually state,

“we the hypocrites and assholes of the United States”,

who terrorize our citizens

with the threat of violence and incarceration.

Who manhandle and strip the rights

of people who are trying to speak up .

So you try to keep us in oblivion

so we won’t know our rights and won’t rise up against you.

Where we are “the land of the free as long as we agree”!

You say you do this for the well being of our government’s interest.

When that document that guides our country

says we have every right to say,

shove it government you need to change!

“We the people”

more like “ we the elite”

who judge you by your skin color, education, & income.

when you see black crime you think gang violence

Arab crime you think terrorism

Latino crime, you think illegal immigration

yet when you see white crime you say SELF DEFENSE

Who’s to say you have no rights

just because you're not a citizen.

Yet their forefathers

the “Original Americans”

were not citizens themselves.

Back when they were the immigrants to this land,

they were the foreigners who didn't speak the language ,

didn't know the customs,

didn’t know how to survive in the land without the guidance of the real natives.

Yet they considered themselves better based on a class they invented

ruled by the pigment of your skin.

So they took control over the so called ‘savages’,

the natives who were first here

who took care of this land,

who took care of them,

who in return , were killed off and stripped of their

so-called ‘inalienable human rights’

that according to the declaration of independence,

NO ONE COULD TAKE AWAY

Or so they said.

Yet you elite hypocritical american assholes did

without giving it a second thought.

Once you were done with them you moved west

forced your ideals, religion, & way of life

down the throats of the natives and latinos who occupied that land.

And if they didn't agree, you’d kill them

you didn't stop there, oh no,

you had to force them off their land and claim it as yours.

You then went ahead and installed a fence

on land that wasn’t supposed to be claimed

to separate yourself from the very people you stole from

Using the fence to make yourself look better,

Using it as a  weapon against the people,

and to tear and rip apart families.

using God as an excuse to take what you wanted with no opposition

and no question.

You say that they are now the illegal ones

on their grandfather’s ranch

That has been passed down longer than your ancestors have been here

and then you still claim that they are on your land,

stealing your jobs,

Jobs that you elite wouldn’t dare do.

saying they are below you,

Yet you still say they have no rights here,

yet where in the constitution

our fail safe, the thing we fall back upon when in a dispute of the law,

our country’s guidelines,

does it say you have to be an american citizen

to have the inalienable human rights?

Yet when we insert ourselves in other countries

who really didn't ask for it

we preach about these rights

and how people of these countries , deserve them too.

Nowhere does it say you have to look a certain way

or speak a certain language

to be welcomed here.

It says “all men are created equal”

yet there is an unbalanced scale.

We all have rights no human law can take away from us

yet they do it anyway

they make up reasons that seem reasonable

after all we are the “land of the free , as long as you agree”

You preach about how this land is full of opportunity

new life

new beginning

yet when you get here you have no rights

no freedom

no opportunity.

your credentials in that other country and your experience is void in the  united states

if it wasn't from here it isn’t wanted

These so-called rights

where are they now?

No where

because in the US you're not a person in our eyes,

Not unless you pass a test that most AMERICAN CITIZENS can’t pass themselves.

you want to boast about how great this country is?

show how  it’s so amazing?

how its full of opportunity?

how about practicing what you preach,

because from where i'm standing

an american born citizen,

it’s nothing but lies and propaganda to make america

look good in the eyes of the world.

When its so corrupt

it excuses murder as long as you wear a badge and claim

“self-defense”.

America claims it had all these rights for it’s citizens

but where are they when we need them?

Break the cycle

Justice for all

“We the people of the united states

will honor this constitution

will be the land of the free as long as you agree

Will keep our citizens ignorant of their rights

so we can keep our life, liberty, property and fortune

while they wilt away into nothingness

we classify them as aliens

and murder them, since their lives really don’t matter“
