Humanity
We live in a world where it is the norm to discriminate,
sometime to others with a less fortunate fate,
sometimes even because of things like gender, height and weight.
I believe we all deserve a second glance,
I believe we all deserve another chance.
we should judge a cover by its book,
and not judge it by how it looks.
The color and the qualities of your skin,
shouldn’t be used to judge who you are within.
We are all people who feel the same pain and sadness,
so we can band together and attempt to end the madness.
People get hurt everyday, told they are worse because of a genetic trait
I don’t want to live in a world where people get judged for how they are,
not who they are.
if you are to judge then make your judgement fair,
rule out gender, height, weight, looks, sexuality, skin, religion and even the color of their hair,
then feel free to judge what you have left there.
we all have emotions, thoughts and personality.
when you look at others keep this in your brain
humanity is the essence of what makes us the same,
appreciate your differences,
and no one is to blame.
Live life to the fullest,
and help others do the same.
I believe if we do this we can achieve a dream,
to destroy discrimination,
and become a global nation.
