Humanity
Thoughts, ideas, and feelings
They all make up my humanity.
Am I truly alive
If I cannot form my own opinions about things?
If I cannot feel sympathy for others?
Happiness, excitement, and hope
Are all emotions that make me who I am.
With those emotions there also comes
Sadness, dispair, and anger,
But they make me who I am.
Living is nothing without humanity.
