Humankind
Here we gather, here we embrace,
And appreciate the uniqueness of each other’s face.
Back from a lifetime caught on fire,
To raise our standards a little higher,
No more will we side with our own kind,
After all, we all share a heart, soul, and mind,
And our intelligence will always last,
Because we always advance admirably fast,
And now we truly understand what separates beast from man,
We’ll use our capabilities this time as well as we can,
This is our time, more than any,
We’ve seen the signs, one too many,
Now here is where the truth is told,
The secret to our origins will finally unfold.
We’re all connected and here we stand,
Hand in hand.
Under the brisk sun.
All as one.
This. Is.
Humankind.
