Hummingbird

A lilac breeze whistles

a melodic tune

it bewitching spellbound sound

hypnotizes the two winged creature

its dainty wings

beat a thousand times

as they waltz through the branches

searching for golden dust

nestled in the blooming white

sweet fragrant flowers

their throats translucent black

shine blue and green

when touched by the caramel sun
