Hunger

Thirst lies in the mouths of many,

In a wealthy country that pays no mind.

The cruel rumbling of our lives blocks the intelligence we need to survive.

This is a time where you will get yours and I will get mine.

Fighting for success when success is only a belief.

We fight to live. We fight to breathe. We fight to eat.

Work is the center our universe.

No work. No money. No anything.

Kick, Punch, Bite, Slap.

Anything that secures my prosperity.

There is a need that grows as deep as God's eyes can see.

We struggle for more than material.

We struggle for sanity.

Cruelty is key.

Kill or be killed, metaphorically.

Aim for the stars or fall on your knees.

Fight to live, or be nothing...
