Hunger

3 meals a day

my life has always been that way.

I get to stay healthy and fit,

and always have clean water or i'd throw a fit.

While I live in my little world

other children are out there praying to the lord.

They would give anything to just have a full hot meal,

where the means for them to survive is based on what their parents could steal.

Day in and Day out they fight to stay alive,

not knowing if they will even survive.

Without the propper nutrients how will they live?

its simple, more people should learn how to give.

we spend our money on clothes, cars, and shoes, but what about those less fortunate?

our community needs to get together and coordinate.

Change is a simple term with a broad meaning

but the food you give a hungry child would leave their smiles beaming.
