The hunger
The hunger
The hunger, it rises up within you with jagged claws. The hunger it pulls you down in through its jaws Watch it run watch it overtake you, see its speed? Its ferocity as it drags you down. Fight it! Fight it! Fight it to no avail. You are being eaten alive, what can you do but scream? You wake up screaming, heart pounding hard enough to rattle the cage of your chest. A dream you say, a nightmare in fact. You jump out of bed before it can pull you back. This is the reality that you face, this is the mind that you race. Run run run as fast as you can, it will always catch you you are only a man...
