Hurt

You try to out do me, but yet you can't beat the pain inside of you, cutting so deep. You say you're sorry, and I understand. Especially the reason you've hurt your hand. When I say something, its not out of habit. I say it for a reason, for you to grab it. You say you're dumb, for letting me go, truth goes to show how much you know. I'm fine I tell you, no matter what I say. Theres nothing I can do more, I keep pushing you away.

I wrote this about some things I was going though, and poetry is my relief. I have always resorted to poetry to release how I feel.
