Hurt
They say hurt people hurt people
But I ain’t ever hurt nobody
How much hurt does it take to hurt somebody great
I’m filled with hurt let it
Eat me up inside
Then let it go
May come right back but it’s gone for good
I cry , I talk to myself about it
Cause if you talk to a friend
That’ll be the end Of it
I don’t hate you but I hate myself for loving you
I knew better and I still let it happen
I’m a glutton for pain
It happened once it happened twice I let you in
And you let me down
I cried about it
I’m still bent out of shape over it
You think shit is all good
Cause my heart big
My heart bleeding inside
It’s tearing
I’m broken
I don’t hate you but I know I should
I hate this feeling
I still love you
I’m trying to not turn cold and heartless
I’m trying to be able to love again one day
Trying to keep my spirits high
Trying not to feel so stupid
Love is a high risk game
And I want out
But I can’t get out I’m trapped
I’m stuck
Big hole in my heart and it keeps getting bigger
Soon all the pain will go away
And I’ll stop hurting and stop loving
Disappointment and love go hand in hand
