Hurt Me

Sometimes I feel as if I'm being abused,

infiltrated by your pride,

kicked around by your arrogance, and smothered by your ego.

I'm constantly fighting,

trying to win a war I was training to lose.

Emotions, running wild and untamed.

Love that's seems like its suppose to be hung up perfect in a glass frame has me frantically running insane.

I play the part in shielding the pain.

Trying to patch, seal the shame, I know I am the blame for messing up the life you happily claimed.

Now your forced to exchange a hour of pleasure for a life time of misery seeing that im the enemy in this autistic relationship we both share.

Its funny in the beginning we fall so deeply in love,

On the phone up in the middle of the night wrestling with the sandman.

Fighting the heaviness in our eye as we listen to how lovely the other sounds as they breath us to sleep.
