Hydrate

Hydrate Hydrate Hydrate

so you can heal your brain

It might heal my concussion

But it may not stop the pain

this is my third concussion

It changed my personality

THe only repercussion

Is me questioning reality

How much of me is trauma

What percent is really me

Am I still like my mama

Are my thoughts just a dream

I'm left with a question

That i dare not answer

Leaving the lesson

That my brain is a dancer

It pirouettes and twirls

Through mood swings and depression

A changing personailty whirls

That I daren't question
