Hypo-Tears

You say you want change, to be better, smarter, work harder

life is a drag, you say nothing feels different, so why even bother?

calling out to anything, anyone to make something happen or hear the boom

waiting for that moment of all the answers to suddenly step into the room.

God doesn't work that way and neither should you,

calling out for help but complaining when it hits you in the face

you're a disgrace and can't be helped unless you recieve what has been offered

what is wrong with you? what ever happened to "i am the conqueror not the conquered?"

Those words you listened to and agreed with for so long, were empty and meaningless

YOU are the change in your life, God gave you the ability to live life more abundant

But saying that life is hard, change is impossible or 'I can't make a difference'...is the biggest insult,

and well frankly, it's just redundant.
