Hypocrisy

A fifteen year old girl took razors to her skin.

Someone has put their hands on her.

This fifteen year old girl weighs 100 pounds and thinks she's fat.

A fifteen year old living in dispair.

A fifteen year old goes to  a campout.

A friend, two years younger, joins her to go to the restroom.

The lights come on.

The friend lays out her forearms

  and she sees it.

Them.

Sees them.

Sees that...

The fifteen year old sees that-

this thirteen year old girl took razors to her skin.

She would later find out someone had put their hands on her.

This thirteen year old girl weighs less than 100 pounds and thinks she's fat.

A thirteen year old living in despair.

What could she say?

I used to have an account under the name "The Frozen Arsonist" when I was a teenager and just wanted to start over, but you can check that out if you want to see earlier content
