I

Proverbs 3:7-8 New English Translation (NET Bible)

7 Do not be wise in your own estimation;
fear the Lord and turn away from evil.
8 This will bring healing to your body,
and refreshment to your inner self.

I

Who am I? … Hard to say

Break the surface … not all the way

Who am I … do I know?

I go with me … as I go

Do I like my companionship

or is it a burden on my soul?

How to live life without a goal

and still, project my unknown role?

Are answers in me as is proclaimed

and is my strength before ordained?

Or am I just by depravity chained

and by self completely whole?

A fearful thought … in self-complete

as I on life, itself could cheat

for the self-made it looks kind of neat

life to them is a super role
