But I...


No, I did not wake up like this.
 
Most of the time I don't want to wake up at all.
 
 
 
But I...
do.
 
 
I go to class, go to work, go to the gym, go meet with friends, go to tutoring, go to club meetings.
I go and go and go and go.
 
 
 
But I...  
stop and think of the debt.
 
I think of my parents who can not afford any of this, think of all my homework, think of my acne, think of when things will get better, think of my weight, think of how my hard work can amount to nothing, think of how unhappy I am. 
 
 
 
But I...
put on that FLAWLESS SMILE.
 
Because tears never get you anywhere, because I am privileged enough to go to school, because things will get better, because my parents have enough to worry about, because I have to.
