I

I hate my anxiety.

and I hate my tendencies

but there  isn't much I can do

about my body chemistry.

I say I want to change

but then I just go back

and I make those same mistake

that end me in that sea of black

I don't want this life

I'd prefer a happier one

but that just won't happen,

not until this war inside me is won.
