i ain't neva heard of that word

What the hell is a father?

A man that calls the third or fourth week of the month.

Sometimes.

Or is he someone who tells you that you can't make a living off what you aspire to be.

Or is he someone that calls you a female dog because unfortunately you resemble

your mother way too much.

Or is he someone who leaves his family to get warm under another.

And does things you would never have expected a father to do.

And now because he does, he has given up on you.

A father is a man full of lies and promises.

A father doesn't want to see you succeed in life.

He'll fill your head with thoughts of a pessimist.

And there's nothing you can do.

Because he's a father.

And a father’s love is like no other love.

It is the roots of the tree that keeps the tree tall and fed.

So, you can't live without him.

Because if you try, your life will become a living hell.

And he will tell you he loves you just as he begins to tell you you’ll fail at life.

Now you have begun to confuse love with hate.

And without your consensus you begin to become more and more like him.

And the older you get you start to confuse that next men's painful hits as love,

because unfortunately that's all you've ever known.

You confuse it all with love and become stuck in a tangled web of the lies of a father.

With no Saving Grace.
