I Always Think

When I see you

When I lay in bed

I think about how the sky is blue

And about how blood is red

No matter what they think

We’ll never be understood

There is something like a link between us

I’ll stay and be good.

If you had to go,

I’ll do what I can

I think I’ll take a boat

And row, and row

Across the waves and even on land.

Even if it doesn’t float

No matter what they think

I’ll do what I have to do

There’s so much to think

But all I think about is you

Since I got on that bus

I thought “Just stay awhile”

Thinking about us

I promise I’ll make you smile

Day and night

I’ll always be there

I can be your flashlight

And always care
