I always worry

I always worry

It doesn’t matter what I always worry

Some of these thoughts stress me out

I always feel like I’m stressed

People always say “Don’t worry there is nothing to be worried about”

But it doesn’t help

I can’t talk to people because I worry about what they think about me

I worry that all my friends secretly hate me

I know they don’t, but I still worry

All this stress makes me have so much anxiety

Too much anxiety causes panic attacks.

I always worry but I tell people that I’m fine
