I Am...

The dark days of my past still echo,

They notify me that I am still human.

Their voices scream that there is no hope,

But why crumble down and mope?

I'm kind, I will consider anyone a friend,

Even those people who pushed me in the shadows.

But now, I can count on those people to give me a hand,

And it is all because I proved to them I am grand.

Until the very last day I will prove my might,

I am Garrett Piofcyk, and this is my light.
