I Am...

I am a poet and a singer.

I wonder if I am too self-conscious.

I hear mocking and laughter all around.

I see nothing.

I want world peace.

I am a poet and a singer.

I am a poet and a singer.

I pretend I am a child.

I feel as if I have fallen and failed.

I touch lives through Christ.

I worry about losing my freedom.

I cry for those who are dying.

I am a poet and a singer.

I understand we live for a reason.

I say learn from my mistakes.

I dream of beautiful stars in the night sky.

I try to lead people to Christ.

I hope I will be strong.

I am a poet and a singer.
