I am

I am Sabrina.

I am a high school graduate.

I am a college freshman.

I am a young adult.

I entered the workforce,

I left my parents home,

was out on my own.

I stumbled and fell,

continue to stumble and fall.

I struggle.

I am young,

reckless,

full of good intentions.

I am thoughtful and thoughtless.

I am a daughter,

sister,

friend.

I am a disppointment at times

I am also a source of pride.

I can be harsh and hasty.

I can be heartless.

I can try my hardest

and not be enough.

I am a child.

I am an adult.

I am expected to be ready for the world.

I admit I don't much know what I'm doing.

But I can say that I am human.

I am me.

I am.
