I am

I am not

Just a GPA

Just a test score

Just extracurriculars

I am not

Just another eager face

Just an application

Just one in a million students

I am

my own story

my own choices

my thoughts and actions

I am

a brother

a son

a student

a runner

a friend

a writer

a dreamer

I am

unique because

that's the way

I want

it to be

What can I say?

It's just who I am
