I Am...

I am a child of God

That is my drive

Thats my inspiration

That's my life

There's no shadow of a doubt

That it makes me, me

Lord knows that without him

Nothing would I be

I am forgiven

For all the wrong I've ever done

Seen and unseen

Is all seen by the son

Jesus paid the price

That I should have paid

On that rugged cross

Down, his life he laid

I am loved

Not one-hundred percent by man

But one-hundred percent by the one

That holds man in his hands

By my parents and teachers

By peers and friends

The love of God is shown

And helps me be who I am
