I am lost in a sea of abandoned souls,

I am homeless in a community,

I am livid in a society that I did not ask for,

I am dismal in a group of dancers,

I am yearning to be with what brings happiness.

I am found in a place of joy,

I am at home in a new place,

I am connected in a network of billions,

I am elated in a classroom that I questioned,

I am hopeful against the darkness,

I am happy with what I have now.
