I Am

 I am human.

I am more than just the fesh covering my skeleton

I am a person,

A singular mind

An inividual human being left to wander this

Earth and wonder who I am.

I am my good days

And I am my bad days.

I am my panic attacks as well as

My sleepless nights.

I am the nightmares that wake me up so late at night

In such a fervor of fear that

I fear for my own life because

I am my mind and my monsters and everthing else

That is me.

I am the word which others use when they describe

Though I do not know them they are me

They are what strangers know about me and the

Mental image they form of me because to them that is me

Because I am more than just my body and my words and my brain

I am everything that has to do with me even if not directly.

I am my anxiety,

And I am my insomnia,

I am my trust issues, and my broken bonds

I'm all of thse memores stffed into synapses and stored in

Grey matter which is still me.

I am myself from head to toe and everything inside it but the thing I am the most is the one thing that only I can be.

I am my own worst enemy.

I am me.
