I AM...

I am adopted

I am not unwanted, broken, or rejected

I am loved, appreciated and valued.

I am Black

I am not unwanted, ugly, or unworthy

I am beautiful, cherished, and strong.

I am Hispanic

I am not uneducated, ignorant, or loud

I am vibrant, happy, and cultured.

I am a woman

I am not less than a man, I do not need a man.

I am radiant, independent, and oh so Lovely.

I am struggling

I'm not weak, hopeless and defeated.

I'm not done just yet;

I AM JUST BEGINNING.

I AM RESILIENCE
