I am
I am-‐
Always awake,
Yet most active when resting.
Meticulous? HA, That’s an understatement; I am both the boss and the employee.
The true meaning of power, You can never follow my capability.
Like an engine to a car,
Without the motor the car won’t expedite.
Bigger in a man,
Than why are women more mature?
Usually relaxed,
I can feel no aching.
Able to tolerate without oxygen for 5 minutes. And then it all stops. I then expire.
-‐
So when I am useless, is the whole body lifeless? You and I can only wonder.
But think optimistically, This’ll keep the doctor away
Like a computer,
I store your memory and control your thoughts.
Feed my 3-‐pounded self,
I can then send off pleased signals; I do govern all of you.
So who am I?
I am I am I am
Your Brain.
