I Am

Come to me as you are and I will come to you as I am

No secrets, no lies, no promises - you as You, me as Me

I am an introvert, I am a recluse, and lately people have turned away

I am alone. I am different and it's as simple as that

When so many people begin to turn you start to wonder, "Is it me, or them?"

Yet they don't even deserve that thought, for I am Me and I have no apologies

Maybe I am meant to journey this hard live and journey it alone

If that is true, what makes it so bad?

I am meant to turn this trifling life into my own beautiful reality

If you cannot begin to understand me, do not force it

I am organic, I am one that believes all things should happen naturally

I am meant to give all that I have and I am meant to make others feel special

That is all I have ever done and all who I will continue to be

My throat is clear so I am the voice for those that cannot be heard

I am strong and independant, so I am a model to those striving for more

The capacity to be alone is the capacity to love

I'm a dreamer - I dream I'll find my love one day so I won't be lonely anymore

That's just natural

I am Human

I have flaws, but don't we all?

Let us be human

For "perfection" is inconceivable

I am forevermore an optimist who sees beauty in all things

There is no changing it, I am me

To put it simply...

I am
