I am...

The boy sitting by himself.

On his phone,

reading alone,

that was me.

But now I am someone I didn't know I could be.

I now sit with my girlfriend.

The beauty to my beast.

I now feel love.

People know my name.

I have gotten out of my shell,

and am no longer ashamed.

I go outdoors

Play soccer with friends

workout because I want to

not because of ill jokes.

I am proud to be me

I am David E.

Known through out school because I am real.

I am positive

I am funny

I am confident,

yet never cocky.

Let me startover.

I am no longer a loner.

People are by my side

my feelings arent hidden inside

I am me,

thats who I became.

Not a super hero

or someone else.

But the image reflected

by the mirror infront of me.
