I Am From . . .

Omaha

Where cows roam

And we cheer for the Huskers

When I lost my first tooth

How I learned to speak

Where corn grows

And we visit the best zoo

When I first rode my bike

How I learned to sing

Where meadowlarks sing

And we eat Runzas

When I first camped under the stars

How I learned to dance

Where goldenrod sways

And we celebrate trees

When I first went to school

How I learned to love

I would choose no where else

This is where I became me

I am from Omaha
