"I am From"

I am from the land of spice,

Where the curry flows into the rice,

order it once and you'll order it twice.

I am from an occasional stroll,

I like to walk but hate the toll,

so I take my shoes off and close the door.

I am from The Simpsons and Family Guy,

Old school shows like Family Ties,

and maybe even channel 13 with Bill Nye.

I am from the cold and the wet,

a ray of warm sun will make me fret,

the darker it is the better it gets.

I am from the Wii,

like Mario in his own Galaxy,

lieutenant in Call of Duty is who I be.

I am from an HP,

iTunes and iPods and iPhone 4G,

my digital camera is my Sony.

I am from London and from Dubai,

frequent flyer miles when I arrive,

staying with family is how I survive.

I am from the ABC's and 123's,

reading a book sets me free,

a B to you is like a C to me.
