I Am.....

I Am.....

I am you see;

A half child,

Same mother

Different father,

Some brothers there;

And some sisters too,

I am you see;

For all the world to see

A half-brother be.

‘Twas never told the truth

A beginning of in doubt,

I am you see

A half actuality,

To be never

Or could be ever trusted;

With a knowing

Of that time,

Of conception and awakening

From the womb,

I am you see;

A half fact of truth.

I am now you see

In the fullness of time,

No longer not in doubt

Of where I have come from,

Cannot,

Or should not now,

Reflect in the past;

Of a time in doubting,

When my accepted wisdom

Was quite stinking,

When thinking as a half,

My dawning’s of today,

Within my family

In all surroundings be,

I am you see

A man of fullness remain...
