I Am

I am short I wonder what people actually say about me I hear many voices around me I see giants surrounding me and feel alone I want to grow at least 5 more inches I am short I pretend to be tall with high heels I feel the loneliness of being short I touch the sky thinking one day I will reach it I worry everyday about growing an inch I cry when no one is looking I am short I understand people that are my height I believe someone will love me for my height no matter what I dream about myself being tall I try to ignore those ignorant people I hope I grow I am short
