I am a jury member; I don’t judge others without knowing the whole story I judge when the truth is told and lies stop I am a lawyer; I don’t allow injustice pass me by I allow for the truth and authenticity I am a musician; I don’t play out in the open I play within the ensemble and band I am an honors student; I don’t conform to society’s standards I conform to my own rules and regulations I am a scientist; I don’t settle for the unknown I settle for the facts and evidence I am a mathematician; I don’t tolerate when I come to the wrong answers I tolerate my own shortcomings and limitations I am an architect; I don’t build a weak foundation I build floors of knowledge and wisdom I am an engineer; I don’t manufacture below grade products I manufacture technology that fresh and original I am an individual; I don’t stand for other telling who I should be I stand for my distinction and differences And most importantly I am me - ME!
