I Am..

I am who I am

But I pretend who I am

nothing but a false image

one for all to love

I am what they say I am

I am not myself

he who gave no damn

now as taboo as an elf

I, slave of the media

who loves Selena

must stick to what I am told

and call myself gay

I am killer of myself

once alive now dead

slain and now put on a shelf

because the media said

I am who I am

slayer of myself

and slave to the media

I am who I am
