As I Am

Look in the mirror

Look at the picture on the wall

See yourself

Don't like what you see?

You aren't looking hard enough

Or maybe you're looking too hard.

It's not about the long legs

Flat stomach

Bright blue eyes

It's about you.

Your legs

Your stomach

Your eyes

Flawless.

But there's more.

Have you seen yourself laugh?

Have you seen your eyes gaze at someone you love?

Have you seen yourself sing your favorite song?

Flawless.

Next time you look in the mirror

Or at your picture on the wall,

See yourself for who you are,

Flawless.
